Canal Mills was brought back to its former glory after a refurbishment project; all the walls have been sand blasted to expose the beautiful red/gold Victorian brick work and you can now see the venue’s heritage throughout the space with high ceilings, exposed beams and brickwork, making it a truly charismatic and flexible venue. Specialising in hosting weddings, cultural events and other special occasions, it is a versatile space that can be transformed into a fabulous wedding venue to impress your guests.

The main room serves as the ultimate reception area whilst Room 2 is ideal for a drinks reception or alternatively sofas and rugs could be hired in to make an intimate chill out area for your guests. The venue also boasts a large outdoor area with wooden decking and ample space for a stretch marquee to be hired in.

There is a whole host of famous DJ’s and bands at your disposable with Canal Mills owners links to the Music and Festival industry. The venue hire includes staging with a hi-tech sound system and complimentary WiFi throughout. Our late licence from 11am – 6am will allow your guests to celebrate into the night.
