Our SEO Review Tool allows Wedding Inspiration suppliers to connect their own Google account so that website performance data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics can be displayed inside their Wedding Inspiration supplier dashboard.
The SEO Review Tool is only available to Wedding Inspiration suppliers. It is used only for the website associated with the supplier’s Wedding Inspiration listing.
When a supplier connects their Google account, the SEO Review Tool requests read-only access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics data using the following OAuth scopes:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly
From Google Search Console, the tool may access search performance data for the supplier’s own website. This may include search queries, indexed pages or page URLs, clicks, impressions, click-through rates, average search position and related search performance data made available through the Google Search Console API.
From Google Analytics, the tool may access website reporting data for the supplier’s own Google Analytics property. This may include users, sessions, traffic data, landing pages, engagement metrics and other website performance reporting data made available through the Google Analytics API.
The tool may also access and store the Google Search Console site URL and Google Analytics property ID connected to the supplier’s Wedding Inspiration listing.
The SEO Review Tool does not request permission to edit, create or delete data in Google Search Console or Google Analytics.
Google Search Console and Google Analytics data is used only to provide the SEO Review Tool features to the connected supplier inside their Wedding Inspiration dashboard.
We use this data to display SEO reports, website performance dashboards, search visibility analysis, traffic analysis, landing page analysis, trend reporting, SEO recommendations and related website improvement features.
The purpose of using this Google data is to help the supplier understand how their own website is performing, including how people find their website through Google Search, which pages receive traffic, which search queries generate visibility, and where SEO improvements may be possible.
We do not use Google Search Console or Google Analytics data for unrelated advertising purposes. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data to train artificial intelligence models. We do not use Google user data to build advertising profiles.
We do not share Google Search Console metrics, Google Analytics metrics, OAuth access tokens, OAuth refresh tokens, clicks, impressions, search queries, sessions, users, engagement metrics, landing page data or other Google reporting data with third-party SEO providers, advertising providers, analytics providers or artificial intelligence providers.
The SEO Review Tool may use third-party SEO data providers, such as DataForSEO and Ahrefs, to obtain independent SEO data about a supplier’s website domain. Where this happens, only the supplier’s website domain name is sent to those providers. Google Search Console data and Google Analytics data are not sent to those providers.
Google user data may be accessible to our hosting, infrastructure or technical service providers only where necessary to host, secure, maintain or support the SEO Review Tool. These providers do not use Google user data for their own purposes.
We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process or to protect the security and integrity of our service.
We do not permanently store raw Google Search Console or Google Analytics reporting data in our project records.
Google API responses are temporarily cached to allow the dashboard to load efficiently and to reduce repeated API requests. Google Search Console report data and Google Analytics report data are cached for approximately 1 hour. Google Analytics property list data may be cached for up to 24 hours.
The Google Search Console site URL and Google Analytics property ID connected to the supplier’s listing may be stored so that the dashboard can reconnect to the correct website or property without asking the supplier to reconnect Google each time.
Google OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM before being stored in our database.
Access to systems containing Google-linked data is restricted to authorised administrators and developers responsible for operating, maintaining and securing the service.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect Google-linked data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
Raw Google Search Console and Google Analytics reporting data is not permanently stored in our project records. Cached Google Search Console and Google Analytics report data is retained for approximately 1 hour. Cached Google Analytics property list data may be retained for up to 24 hours.
Expired cache entries may remain in the database until the cache is cleared as part of system maintenance, but expired cached data is no longer used to provide live dashboard reports.
The connected Google Search Console site URL, Google Analytics property ID and encrypted OAuth token data may be retained until the supplier disconnects Google from the SEO Review Tool or requests deletion.
Users may disconnect their Google account from the SEO Review Tool at any time. When a user disconnects Google, we revoke the app’s access with Google, delete the stored OAuth token record, remove the connected Google Search Console and Google Analytics property identifiers from the user’s projects, and purge cached Google Search Console and Google Analytics report data.
Some SEO recommendations or website analysis results may remain after disconnecting Google where those recommendations were generated from non-Google website checks or other local SEO analysis that does not rely on Google data.
Users may also revoke access directly through their Google Account permissions page.

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to any legal, security or operational obligations that require limited retention.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
