Arkleston Piping was started in April 2006 by George Taylor. George has 38 years experience in competitive solo piping as well as Grade One pipe band experience, winning the British Championship with Strathclyde Police Pipe Band.
George has a small group of similar standard pipers to call on to give clients peace of mind that they are receiving the services of a good quality musician. Bookings are taken "c/o Arkleston Piping" to reflect this and written booking agreements are provided.
Our standard dress is "No 2 uniform" and reflects our competitive background. Every piper has a large musical repertoire built up over the years.
