The Weald & Downland Living Museum is a unique location for your wedding, set in the heart of the South Downs National Park.

At the Museum, over 50 historic buildings set in a beautiful 19th century park provide an outstanding backdrop for your great day, with plenty of idyllic settings for your photographs. Our buildings include a 950AD Anglo-Saxon hall house, an Edwardian tin church (not licenced) and everything in between!

The Museum has two rooms licensed for civil wedding ceremonies:

(1) Crawley Hall, a beautiful 15th century timber framed building, can accommodate Wedding ceremonies for up to 50 guests.
(2) The Downland Gridshell, an innovative modern timber building, can accommodate ceremonies for up to 150 people.

We would be pleased to discuss your requirements, to ensure that your wedding day is as relaxed, perfect and memorable as possible. Please email or telephone on 01243 811013 to enquire.
