A stunning Wedding Venue in South West Scotland. Springkell is a Georgian Mansion House in the Palladian Style. We only ever hold Five Star Weddings as everyone loves it here. We offer 35 Weddings per year and we really really concentrate on you and your guests. The Venue is yours for the Wedding and ideally for the night before too; and from time to time brides and grooms take the house for the night after too.

Super relaxed so you can enjoy your time here surrounded by close friends and family. We truly make it the best day of your lives. Delicious food, the most comfortable beds in the world (top of the range Hypnos mattresses), a very well stocked bar with over 30 whiskies and a great choice of the best wines.

Although we are not cheap neither are we expensive. We provide the chairs, the chair covers, sashes, lace, table runners, table centres, table mirrors and Wedding Planning all within our prices.

All 18 bedrooms recently refurbished by specialist interior designers who also design the Goring Hotel in London where Kate stayed the night before her Wedding!

With two chefs, both local, lots of waiting staff and professional bar staff we love hosting your Wedding and Celebrations. That's what we do and we do it brilliantly. In return you are saving my family house and home for another few generations.

To date we have spent over £2,500,000 on the very comprehensive refurbishments including new roof, new wiring, new 280kW boiler, over 120 radiators, new super comfortable top of the range Hypnos beds, new carpets sourced locally from Annan, new curtains, new sofas, a new bar designed in Edinburgh and handmade in Dumfries, new kitchen, new lights, new bulbs, new cutlery and new crockery.

In the process we have employed and continue to employ local craftsmen. Joiners from Annan, electrician from Kirtlebridge, plumber from Kitford, painter from Dumfries, Wedding Coordinator from Canonbie, housekeepers from Kirkpatrick Fleming and Lockerbie, roofer from St Helen's, gardener from Annan, grounds man from Annan and other specialists as required.

It's a massive undertaking that has been achieved only to offer stunning and loving weddings. Weddings are the life blood of our house.
